- Empathize & Research
Based on the concept of breaking out from the traditional pet adoption website format, I gathered impactful data from surveys and interviews with pet owners, animal welfare organizations, and the pet service industry in real communities in the United States. This information provides strong support for the later creation of innovative and interactive features for the responsive website.

From the data obtained through the survey, we can understand that after the epidemic, the real-life connection between pet owners and the community has significantly reduced, and using online media as a medium to understand community information is favored by most pet owners.
