Tailor-made branding for an AI-powered fitness app startup, utilizing AI to generate images, conducting UX/UI research and design, and creating banners and promotional videos for the company's Instagram and TikTok accounts.




FOCUS
- Suitable Process & Team Collaborate
Based on the company’s needs, this application conduct great Team Collaborate to find a suitable design process which mainly focused on iteration and updating for the privies application.

ONBOARDING RESEARCH
Before starting this project, I thoroughly gathered and analyzed company information, including AI technology, company philosophy, social media presence, and existing app and website. I obtained technical details from the development team's report and Slack discussions, and interviewed the CEO to understand the company's current status, needs, and preferred workflows.

After collecting this business information, I outlined my design process for this project, as shown below.




PROTOTYPE
As a start-up company, the CEO pointed out that the most urgent need now is to raise funds and improve users' experience with existing features. Therefore, creating a distinctive brand image and unique visual design is my first task.



USABILITY STUDY
In addition to conducting a usability test for the current app, we are also incorporating user testing of the updated Hi-Fi clickable prototype and gathering user preferences for potential new features.

*Throughout this process, I enlisted members of the development team to perform an initial screening of the ten potential new features I listed. The objective was to identify four features with the highest likelihood of implementation based on technological considerations.
