Main Job Responsibilities

  • 2-D / 3-D Design: Create scaled floor plans and photo-real renderings that translate client ideas into clear visuals.

  • In-Store Sales: Guide shoppers on the floor, match products to design boards, and close orders.

  • Client & Trade Outreach: Grow the client book and social channels, turning outreach into appointments and repeat business.

  • On-Site Measurements: Visit homes to capture dimensions and site photos for accurate plans and product fits.

  • Pipeline Management: Proactively book intro calls, design reviews, and installs to keep each project on schedule.
